We only offer products that are built to last and have long-term guarantees. The police, military, firefighting and governmental organizations that frequently buy these products demand 100% reliability and long-term durability. In the unlikely event of a problem, they require an immediate repair or replacement from their suppliers. All our products' manufacturers meet these demands.

Leatherman tools are so reliable that the company guarantees them for 25 years. If anything goes wrong with your Leatherman tool you simply send it to the nearest service center and they will repair or replace it free of charge. Leatherman even pays the return shipping costs. No invoice is required. Find your nearest service center.

Mag-lite flashlights are so reliable that the company guarantees them for 10 years. If anything goes wrong with your Mag-lite, you simply send it to the nearest service center and they will repair or replace it free of charge.

Smith and Wesson watches come with a one-year guarantee against manufacturer's defects, provided they are sold by an authorized Smith and Wesson dealer (we are an authorized Smith and Wesson dealer). Within the one-year period, regulation, adjustment, repair or replacement of parts will be performed without charge, except in the case of damage or lack of care.

Phosphor watches are warranted by for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. During the warranty period the e-ink display and digital movement and watch movement and hands are the components covered under this warranty. These will be repaired or the watch will be replaced at the discretion of Art Technology, the manufacturer free of charges, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Olight torches are guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year. As an authorized retailer, we honor this guarantee. That said, we have yet to see a defective Olight, or had a single customer complaint.
